# The Life-Giving Spring of the Mother of God Orthodox Church

> Today, a small but growing group of faithful Orthodox Christians—residents, inquirers, and pilgrims—are once again gathering in prayer on this sacred island. Through the grace of God, and with the blessing of the Church, we are working toward the establishment of a permanent Orthodox Christian parish on Kauai: a spiritual home where the Divine Liturgy is offered, sacraments are celebrated, and the fullness of the Orthodox faith is lived and proclaimed.
